  Wonderful gem on the Ross Road, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our little group of 2 adults 1 child was more than catered for. We had a beautiful family room (the child wanted to live there), all facilities at our disposal, a cosy recreational room with refreshments, plenty of towels & toiletries. The Irish breakfast was expertly executed, plentiful & delicious alongside a variety of continental delights. Eileen the proprietor definitely gives a 'cead mile failte', excellent with our 8 year old also, a genuine salt of the earth lady. Lovely & quiet area. 100% recommend, we will be back, better than any hotel!

  Great place to stay in Killarney. One of the best B&Bs of our round trip and probably the best place to stay in Killarney! Our host was very nice and the breakfast buffet with menu options freshly prepared was delicious. We also appreciated the laundry service and the living room with soft drinks, coffee and cookies.

  This B&B was just wonderful. The host was so kind that when we got to the B&B she immediately offered to do some laundry for us and even offered us some beer or whiskey on the house. The breakfast spread was enormous and extremely generous. The B&B was only a short walk into downtown Killarney and a great place to stay the night before or after doing the Ring of Kerry!

  My family and I have been in Ireland for a week and gone to 4 B&Bs. This is by far the BEST one we have been too! The reviews are accurate about the host and breakfast. Both are amazing! The rooms are a little small but we’re currentlt in a very large room in a B&B and missing “Mountain Dew” and our host. Every little detail is amazing. There were wash cloths, lotion, Qtips, etc in the bathroom. Anything we needed was available. It’s a quick walk into town to shop, go to pubs, etc. There were plenty of towels, pillows, etc as well. There is a living room to sit in if you feel you need more space. She is the only host we have met so far that didn’t mention ratings and ask us to make sure to review them with the highest rating possible. She was welcoming, kind, and shook our hand as we left and wished us safe travels. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
